Gorgona´s island

Gorgona is a real paradise of diversity as well as a place for scientific research invaluable. Located in the Pacific Ocean, part of the department of Cauca, was infamous because on the island established a maximum security prison in the 1970s. In Gorgona are typical species of the tropical rainforest, coral formations, a huge variety of marine and nesting colonies various
migratory birds.

Travelers and nature lovers found in Gorgona a variety of attractions: There ecological interpretation trails, flora and fauna are exuberant, has beautiful beaches, there are archaeological, historical ruins, and you can also go snorkeling and diving autonomous. Also, in the area of influence of the Park, particularly in Guapi, Afro-Colombian population located on the Pacific coast, there is an interesting cultural and gastronomy is varied and exquisite

My family like to know the historical ruins, my mom didn´t want to go at first because it is a little scary but finally we get fun with her.

Why am I writing this blog?

I´m writing this blog because I want people to know this places considering the fact that we don´t get to know well our country and surroundings which is something that we need to do.

Also, I want to show my experience, trying to share to people that will see my blog, everything that I lived there and how I felt in that moment

I´m Daniela Nasner, I´m 18 years and I live in Colombia. I´m studying medicine in Cali...I love all things that I learn. I have an eclectic liking. I really like to dance. In Colombia, you have a chance to enjoy a lot of musical genres (salsa, merengue, bachata etc). I like chicken with mushrooms, pasta and hot dogs. I really enjoy watching movies and read a good book. About clothes, I don´t have a problem with that but I like to feel comfortable. I like to see the nature and I love dogs
